Upon arrival you will receive your name badge. Please wear your name badge at all times during the Congress and to all official Congress events.

Transportation from Airport to Congress Venue

From John Paul II Kraków-Balice International Airport

By public transport:

Take one of the public busses direction city centre with Muzeum Narodowe (National Museum) on the route. Next to the hotel you will find the Rondo Grunwaldzkie bus stop.

By taxi:

Taxis are available and the trip to the hotel takes about 20 minutes.

By car:

The hotel is a 14.4-kilometer drive from the airport via A4 and DW780, which is typically the fastest route.

From Krakow Central Railway Station

By public transport:
From Krakow’s main train station and the nearby stop Teatr Słowackiego (Słowacki Theatre), take the tram direction Rondo Grunwaldzkie stop – that is next to the hotel.
By foot:
Krakow’s main train station is located 3,5km away from hotel, this walk will take about 30-35 minutes.
By taxi:
The trip by taxi will take about 15 minutes.

Visas

Participants from certain countries may require a visa in order to travel to Poland.
Participants are requested to check with their local Polish Consulate/Embassy well in advance of their travel date. It is the responsibility of the participant to obtain a visa as necessary.

Invitation Letters

An official invitation letter designed to assist with obtaining an entry visa can be obtained upon request. Please email rachel@bioevents-congress.com and include; your Full Name (as in passport), Nationality, Passport number, Date of Birth and Address.
